Thanks for visiting Certified Auto Electric Inc. We specialize in automobile electrical products for restorations back to original quality, for customizing to meet your wants, and for rodders of all types. Owned and operated by Earl and Jeff Greenberg since 1984. Our family has been in the automotive electrical business since shortly after WWII. With all these years of experience of manufacturing, remanufacturing, selling and installing every product we sell gives us an advantage over the competition.  When you have a question about how a product works or how to install or troubleshoot an ongoing problem our staff can help.

After much time online and reviewing other sites, not one of them provided shipping the same day. Why wait 2-5 days just to ship your order? All orders received on in stock items before 1:00 PM EST ship the same day at Certified Auto Electric Inc. period. By the time the "other guy" ships your order, our package will be delivered and waiting at your doorstep.

Shipping Methods
We offer several means of delivering your products to you in a quick affordable manor. Our main shipping method is UPS Ground delivery; orders received before 1pm usually ship the same day. For orders 20 lbs. & under USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is used. For UPS Next Day and Second Day Air please email for price quote. sales@certifiedautoelectric.com

Damaged Packages
In case of a damaged package or merchandise lost or damaged due to shipping; notify a representative immediately at sales@certifiedautoelectric.com Keep all packaging and box contents. Further instruction will be given at the time of incident.

Return Policy
If you ordered the wrong item or the item was not what you thought it would be, it may be returned for replacement or credit towards the correct item. Returns for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee; the remainder of the amount will be credited back to the purchaser the same way it was received. ONLY new, unused items are eligible for credit. Items without or not in their packaging cannot be returned. There is no fee for exchanging items, they must however, be unopened. All returned items must be shipped prepaid and must have a Return Authorization number (RA #) Those packages without the above will be refused and returned to sender.

Order Discrepancy
If you have a problem with your order, you must report it to us within 5 days of receiving the package. Make sure to keep all packing material and the box incase it was damaged in shipping. Any and all discrepancies will be handled in a timely manner. Our goal is for 100% satisfaction from our customers.
